Dog Day Care and Boarding Requirements
For the safety of all the dogs and staff in our facility, we ask that our clients meet the following requirements for attending Dog Day Care/ Boarding:
- Pass a behavior assessment
- Neutered/ Spayed after 6 months
We also strongly recommend the influenza vaccine.
Behavior Assessment Details:
We will take your dog to a separate room away from the owner and then check to see how she/he reacts to a stranger’s touch and how they interact with a stranger. We will then bring 3-4 dogs with different personalities and levels of energy to interact with your dog. This will allow us to see if the cage-free and open play environment is best suited for your dog.
If your dog can not pass the behavior assessment, she/he will still have chance to board with us. She/he will stay in their suites during the day. Our staff will take them minimum on four outdoor walks per day. They will enjoy one-on-one petting and play time, and feeding them under your requirement.
